I'll def. come to a meet up, but I probably won't be able to make it to Pax during the day with school and then getting ready for exams. But hitting up some bars in the evening on any day would be awesome. I live down the street.

A GAF meetup would be great, I can tell everyone in person why their choice of video games is bad. A live re-enactment of the "Raise the Flame Shield" thread. Cannot meetup on Thursday though.

Advantage of the BCEC over the WSCC is that there's plenty of chill areas. I'm personally hoping for the return of the Dance Central stage. Was really fun watching people make fools of themselves up there.

Saturday would be preferable. The PAX Prime meet up last time was saturday night at the Fox Sports Grill(?), and it was a fun time of drinking and dining.

The last thread was one in the same. We had 30+ (40?) turnout. It was in the OP, so I can't see why this would be too confusing.

Don't know will there be one: the excuse at Prime was that they're out of space, but what really happened was that board/card games expanded (which is a-ok in my books). It's hard to tell if either of those will happen unless Harmonix actually gets some extra space to dedicate such an area.

From what I remember from PAX East 2011, there are only a few bars in walking distance, and they're all going to be pretty packed. I could be wrong as I don't know the area all that well, but we wandered pretty far and didn't find much.

I rather take a poll, and pick one to set a firm date. Setting two up just invites people to choose later, and then no one shows up for either.

No matter what you schedule and when you schedule it, it'll eat into something. People will just have to pick and choose what they want to attend. Friday does look more open right now, but I don't know what people's expectation for concerts are, and I'm willing to bet that there will be big parties that gets "announced" by next week. Plenty of sites and groups wait till the week before they finalize what they have, and before you know it, our only chance of meeting up where everyone's schedule is free is Sunday morning 4AM.

You can sell it, they aren't personalized, but with the rampant counterfeiting last year it'll be a bit tricky to do so successfully.
