Yup. Square-Enix really has lost the confident of many of their previously faithful (me included). I bought FFXIII and have not made it past chapter 4 still. I will probably beat it early next year, but the magic isn't there anymore.

Square and Enix were my 2 favorite companies during the PSX and PS2 era. Now they have become a shell that releases more remakes than quality original IP's.

Maybe I am overreacting, but I miss the days of Star Ocean 2 and FFIX.
