New month picture. Fat is slowly coming off and strength is staying the same if not getting a little stronger (doing more conditioning focused work, and maintaining the main lifts). Hopefully by August I can go to the beach without a shirt and all my powerlifting muscles will be SHAPOW!

Thanks, although my friends make fun of me and keep telling me how obsessed I am with my hair cause I spend more time than usual managing/taking care of them. It's also the main reason why it takes longer for me to get ready when compared to them, but I think it's worth all the trouble cause I know that without it I'll get really insecure about my appearance. :\
