Oniisama e is an all girl private school emotional political roller-coaster melodrama This show nearly destroyed me a few times. Too much drama! Rose of Versailles I'm not sure yet.

Actually, we're probably the hipsters for finding critical value in something that's mostly enjoyed by little girls even though there is actually tons of critical value and entertainment for all ages.
I really need to find the energy to marathon more :( |

It took me a while to watch CCS.
I think I started in the first winter thread after I joined. Takes me forever to finish anything IF I finish it. I did manage to marathon things like Haibane Renmei, Saikano, Last Exile, ScrappeD Princess, Chrono Crusade, Angelic Layer, Speed Grapher Most shows I watch a little at a time, and it used to be a volume release at a time ;_; |

After marathoning the whole of Evangelion in a single day I straight up burnt out completely, not doing that again for a while. If I really like the series I try to pace myself unless it's really addictive. |

Bakumatsu 2
This show... is actually getting pretty good. As many visual shortcuts were taken in this ep, as were in the last ep, but there's a surprising amount of genuinely stylish story-boarding in here that works to make up for it. The pace at which they're dishing out plot points is blazing, but coherent, and the cast remains fun. A 26 episode internet series, what an odd way to air. |

I imagine it's about a windswept crossdresser in Revolutionary France. |
