Its amazing how much is lost on Link to the Past's Super Famicom title screen. Not having that sword clinging on the logo is such a little touch that has a huge impact on the opening.

Yeah, that one is great too. I think the reason I love OoT's though is because it's so damn classy. It doesn't need pomp or intricate design or anything but link riding across hyrule field to a soothing, low key tune. The title screen sums up perfectly why I still love OoT so much. It's all about riding off into an adventure that's bigger than it seems.

This, I knew from this screen the game was going to be a amazing journey from start to end (even though for some it wasn't!), especially with the old snake theme playing in the background.
