It really depends on what Atlus' USA branch wants, though. If they want to focus on marketing their dub, it won't matter how things were done in previous ASW games.

All the same, that's why I'm choosing to import. At best, maybe the disc will at least contain multiple text language options, but that would just be a nice bonus.

The nerf is not very big at all it just forces Chie players to change their style and makes her less brain dead.

Her 5B used to have the Fatal Counter property which means extra hitstun (so longer combos) and extra damage on the previously mentioned longer combos. It made her punishes hurt way too much because a single FC combo from Chie could take off at least half of an average opponents health if the situation was right,

With the patch they have taken away 5B's FC property and have added a new effect to Power Charge. Now when Chie uses her Power Charge not only does she get a damage buff (which stacks up to three times) but all of her specials (Black Spot, Dragon Kick, Rampage, and Skull Cracker) have the Fatal Counter property. So now Chie's will have to adapt to using meter to earn the chance at those big FC combos.

Mitsuru is strong because of dumb normals and easy damaging combos.
Chie is strong because of super high damage, high speed, and good mix ups (oh and meteors).

I hope I explained it in a somewhat coherent way ^__^
