What amounts to a seemingly throwaway account by anonymous powers that be, they have announced a fanmade reproduction of the oft-loved classic. They seem to be going about it the "smart" way with no website and no names in the credits, something like Batman I guess.

Here are some reddit questions and quotes from the account.

So reservations are obviously in order but it is still an interesting prospect to see what comes about.

Oh wow, I absolutely love this idea. I'm pretty glad they're taking caution instead of basically building themselves up for a ceast and desist. I just hope that the project doesn't mysteriously disappear.

Sadly, a title screen doesn't prove anything.

Once its out on the net, it'll never be gone. How are they exactly gonna find the people behind it if there's nothing linking to them?
