Yeah, all matches will be best of 5. base+rotf. Instructions are in the link.

I heard of Challonge from fighting game tournaments. Hadn't used it before this, but seems like an easy way to run a tournament bracket. You won't need to sign up.

Aldo gives more accurate "best of 5" results, e.g. 3-0 instead of 4-1
