We might get a transforming hero toku someday with Captain Marvel/Shazam, if that's what you are asking. Warner Brothers is bound to put a lot of money in that. It'll even even long for Kamen Rider or Super Sentai, smaller audience after all so greater loss or reduce profit if they spend too much on this type of stuff. Super Hero Wars and the recent Ultraman grand team-ups are already pushing things as it is for what they can get back.
Until then, just enjoy your Iron Man as he 着装. Sigh, now I'm sad we don't have more Tomica shows. ---------------------------- Anyone a fan of Zaboga? I've got a coupon for Zaboga People blu-ray at half off, but I've never paid much attention to it at all and wondering if it's worth the chance.

Since I'm new to this board, I thought I'd give some backstory.
I've been watching Power Rangers since Day Of The Dumpster, although I skipped Jungle Fury and I'm currently skipping Super Samurai (though I'll have to watch again when Gokaiger gets adapted). When searching for Power Rangers clips back in 2000, I stumbled upon the videos for the opening themes for Jetman-GoGoV, and a few months later, I would join up with the message board for Power Rangers Central (now called Rangerboard, which I am still a member of to this day), and would discover more about Super Sentai, Kamen Rider, and other Toku like Metal Heroes and Grandsazer. I've seen episodes of various series from JAKQ to Go-busters. My favorite of the pre-Zyu series is Bioman, which started with the music (especially Blue Togetherness), and post-Zyu is Gokaiger, if only for the 35th Anniversary fanservice, but I've also loved Boukenger, with 4 different teams of villains, and the Precious making every episode truly unique. On Metal Heroes, I've taken an interest in Metalder, Jiban, the Rescue Hero trilogy, and Jansperson. I didn't have too much in Kamen Rider. I had seen a few episodes of Kiva, but I dropped after like 4 episodes. Then I found out about Den-O and its time-traveling train (I lovetrains), and so I've seen the main series and the first movie. Gun form is the best, and Ryuutaros is also my favorite Imagin. Since then, I've been watching Fourze, but I've been falling behind on that. So that's my story. |

GSF! have finally finished Sun Vulcan. That marks two 80s Sentai shows completely subbed.
Finally starting to catch up on Fourze, just hit episode 20. I like Meteor's suit (disco Rider!) but I'm still not sure on Rysuei himself. Man, Elek States is beautiful, glad I went for that as my Fourze SHF. Best looking form on the show, and based on the pictures I've seen of Cosmic States it doesn't look like that's gonna change. Welcome aboard! Have you been following Akibaranger?

The Japanese will love it just because it's from Hollywood and American. Unlike how they think of our videogames, a lot of them think we do make better movies (we really do).
Here's the trailer for the upcoming PR Mystic Force Japanese dub. They really like to show off the Kalishsplosions, and anything that's different from Magiranger. I really like how they make the show seem really cool and dark, especially compared to Magi.
I'm also from Rangerboard, found it on Google after looking for a place to talk about these things. Unlike most people who watch these shows, I never watched really Power Rangers as a kid, I thought it was stupid (although I did like Turbo's zords). |

The Mystic Force theme is too goofy to really hate. As for the season, I can't say anything as this was around the time I was leaving Power Rangers behind. (feels weird to say, considering I still found my way all up in Toku-Gaf) All I remember is wanting to bump uglies with the pink ranger.

Naw, the Blue Ranger is where it's at.
![]() I thought the theme song was fine, but the original Wasserman one would have been much better. However, I really couldn't stand to watch the show, it was too obnoxious and tacky. |

As for the deep blue ranger, he's actually the green ranger, but since they are on a green screen, he needs to wear a deep blue suit. Otherwise, all you'd see is his head. The suit is colored later via special effects. |

The only mecha finisher that really stands out for me is the Timeranger one, when the mecha stops time and slashes the unmoving monster, and then stands still for like five seconds until the timer ends and then we see the explosion.
Also, I really like this picture: ![]() Also:

I've decided I'm going to take the plunge and import some Kamen Rider games to try them out in addition to the already planned importing of All Kamen Rider Generation 2.
![]() The thing is I'm curious about a few things. I know there is a ton to unlock in Kamen Rider Climax Heroes Fourze, but is it fun? I'm not expecting Street Figher here, but it does have a dynasty warriors style beat em up mode that you usually have to clear in story mode that has about 3+ stages to beat per Rider to unlock characters for the arcade fighting mode. Has anyone here played it to give me some feedback on what it plays like and what is frustrating/good in the game? ![]() ![]() If the Climax Heroes series is okay then I'll likely Import it soon and try to find copies of the previous Climax heroes games as the series dates back to the PS2 and each iteration added and removed different Riders (though I've heard tale that before Fourze the games had insane meter build and Climax spam similar to finisher abuse in a Smackdown game :C ) Also I am SERIOUSLY looking at importing "Great Battle Fullblast Twin Box" as it is a sidescroll arcadey beat em up where you can play as either Kamen Rider 1/Kamen Rider Decade or one of 2 Ultraman dudes or 2 Gundams plus a ton of assist character cast. ![]() The twin box comes with Battle Dodgeball 3 as a seperate game and its got I think around 50 characters SNES style from Kamen Rider, Ultraman, and Gundam to play dodgeball with using over the top items and super moves. ![]() Really curious if anyone here has played any of these to know how either plays to help make a choice here.

I got the Twin Box when it came out and Great Battle Fullblast is a bit short and shallow, but also fairly fun and somewhat replayable. D-D-Decade-ing dudes in the face is satisfying. I still haven't put much time into Battle Dodgeball 3 so can't say much in that regard.

Climax Heroes can be can kind of fun in a short term sense...after that, it gets incredibly repetitive this especially applies to the slapped on quest mode.
Also certain characters are unbalanced/broken (including said title rider of the version), though thankfully with Fourze all characters have a super move now (even if they're just quick copies from Ganbaride). With each game though, you'll miss certain monsters and (with Fourze) Autovajin, the only rider removed from previous games was CycloneAccelXtreme...who was incredibly cheap and slow to move. Strangely enough with previous versions, certain modes were oddly removed that you'd think would be standard with most fighting games. Overall, it pretty much defines quick cash-in game. Sure there have been worse Rider games...but there have been better (i.e. Kamen Rider Kabuto for the PS2). I say this after buying all four CH iterations and MAYBE buying the fifth one...oh and the KRDK version because I'm glutton for punishment I suppose. Hope this helps. |

Great battle fullblast sounds like I'll at least get all I'm after out of Decade, but maybe it'd help if I was also an Ultraman or Gundam fan given how short it is and the whopping $100+ price tag. I'll hold off on it knowing this too. If there is a sequel to it with more riders though I'll probably dive in and if I get to take a vacation over seas next year I'll pick it up then. For now it looks like All Kamen Rider Generation 2 is still the most playable title in the bunch so its getting my money for now. Oh well what could I expect. I will ask one thing though about Great Battle Full Blast. You say you got it when it came out so did you manage to get the pre-order Kuuga character bonus? If so what is he like? |
