Yes. Jasmine in D/P showed that they take place shortly after/same time as GSC, and Caitlin in B/W show that those games take place years after that.

The games already have a timeline, though...

Red/Blue/Yellow and Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald take place in the same timeframe. G/S/C and D/P/Pt take place two years after that. Black and White take place around 5-7 years after that, and BW2 begin 2 years after the end of BW.

DPPt appeared to be either during or a little after HGSS, with the Red Gyarados news report first in DPPt, and with all the Sinnoh guys appearing in HGSS.

The presence of Caitlin and post-Platinum Cynthia in BW proves that they take place a good amount of time after HGSS/DPPt as Caitlin's visibly aged quite a bit (hence my estimate of 5-7 years). It's already been confirmed that BW2 take place 2 year after the events of BW, and therefore 7-9 years after Gen IV. The truth is out there; you just need to dig pretty deep.

B/W definitely takes place after the other games. I remember a part from my recent playthrough where a Team Plasma member mentions Teams Rocket and Galactic failing to accomplish their goals in the past. There are a lot of little hints like that in all the games.

Plus that foreign Rocket Grunt you run into in Cerulean City in G/S can be found in Icirrus City in B/W and admits to having been part of Team Rocket once, but has since moved on from that and has a family now, etc, or something like that.
