We have a washing machine in our house, yes. Sometimes stuff doesn't actually get washed on time, so it'll sit in a stack in the laundry room, but at the very least, the sheets are changed weekly. I should hope that even people who cannot afford to launder regularly are at least changing their sheets regularly.

I only pay for the detergent. Water and access to several large washing machines is included in my rent.
