I change them out every two weeks or so if its just me, I am a night and morning shower-er it seems. If i have lady friends over definitely sooner, nobody likes the wet spot. The annoying part is trying to fold the fitted sheet! i can never fold it right! |

When the bites marks start getting out of hand.
Seriously I don't know because the wife does all that before I even notice anything out of hand. When I was single it was usually whenever some girl told me my sheets smelled a bit off. So yea, Sunday morning ;) |

Every week or 2 weeks at most. The amount of body oils and skin a human sheds in a single night of sleep is disgusting. I don't wear clothes for a week or more and I sure as hell don't sleep in the same sheets for the same.
I understand why some people don't do the same though, complete out of sight out of mind thing. Its just ... its gross when you think about what you roll around in every night. |

I have multiple sets of sheets. Change them once a month or so. Not sweaty or anything.

Washing sheets eh?
j/k. I was mine once a month. I never really see them visibly dirty at all so my only real motivator is the potential smell which still doesn't occur. I do take showers twice a day though so maybe that's the reason? I wash my pillow case once every two weeks due to my drooling like a baby habit and my towels once a week, alternating with another set. |
