its so weird...small cheap games like like Modern Combat, Hydrophobia, Paintball game can support Move...yet a huge company like UbiSoft or Dice or Activation can't do the same for a FPS?

Cover shooters and tactical shooters are not completely different. I think this game is still tactical, they have just severely limited the amount of tactics at your disposal. The original Ghost Recon has boatloads of replayability which games these days try to artificially create with prestige and multiplayer unlocks. Fire up Ghost Recon and play a mission or firefight and you will realize the amount of randomness and choice of how you want to approach each situation are still impressive to this day. If you are into that kind of thing that alone can provide hours on hours of replayability .

But it's not just Ghost Recon, pretty much every military shooter except ARMA has gone in this direction, because at the end of the day for these publishers like Ubisoft its more about making money than making games that people want. All that being said, I think this was the correct "natural progression" for the series at this point. They need to try to be something different in a crowded genre as it's too much of an uphill climb to really compete with COD and BF, and that's why you see them do something like make a decision to not include a standard TDM.

Just saw this thread, wasn't even aware that the beta had finally got here.

So excited for this game, but I guess I won't be playing it. I'm not pre-ordering at Gamestop, and the TWO times I've bought Conviction have both been on PC. Thanks Ubisoft for looking out for us PC gamers :(
