Such a simple yet profitable idea. i'm sure someone will let you upload your own design to be printed on a plate at an extra cost. i wouldn't be surprised if you could order these stock plates on the new Live! service.

Unless one is absurdly cool looking and has a gradient to work around what Drek mentioned, I cannot see myself buying one. Still, it is nice idea should drop a little extra money in the pockets of publishers with rabid fans. A white faceplate with Sonic, Master Chief, a DOA character, etc. on it would sell.
