Cool OP. New characters and all, but...

WHAT IS GOING ON

Is ex-waifu a teacher? Who's this brother? What is that between Kallen's boobs?

I see. Kind of.

That was reeeally unnecessary. Well, at least they had the decency to remove this memory seal or whatever in the first episode. But, ugh... That first scene was ominous.

Code Geass R2 1

Why Code Geass...why?

So supposedly Ledouche left his alter ego, but then...until after a he runs into Bunny Girl Kallen and saves her over chess which follows a mecha attack.

He then gets a "recharge" of power from C.C. , removing the memory seal and 'remembers'....what?

Where's Nunally? Where's Pizza Hut?

This episode took the trait of faster pacing that R1 had and cranked it up to a despicable degree.

I hope this was a temporary slip-up.

Can't understand how someone can keep break after watching seven episodes of R2?! I probably watched whole first season and thirteen episodes of R2 in couple of days. After that I had to wait weekly for episode =(. Damn Geass was addicting.

Koga, you don't deserve to have Soma as your bro.

It was really weird seeing Koga walk away, then they cut away to the mountain summit. I mean it was so obvious that he was going to carry him, but with the cut it made it look like Koga just ditched Soma then realized how dumb he was and came back for him

Also looks like it's new Saint time. I think this is the Earth guy?

Second season didnt grab me like the first one did. also, I have a looooooot of other things I want to watch as well. I will return to it, along with the first season of eureka Seven. but Im also marathoning Sailor Moon as well. So much anime, so little time.
On my work week I have only a couple hours of free time, and the rest is spent sleeping.

Hah, I actually thought Koga was going to leave him behind for some reason, though it was pretty good when they showed at the end that he did do it together. Souma owes him at least twice now

Well, that was an "improvement" over the introduction. Brought people we actually knew from R1 back on screen for a few seconds while setting up Suzaku's knights who want to have fun with his ol' buddy, ol' pal.

It's back to some keikaku. Good. Now we need more Pizza Hut and Table-kun's return! to get into a real return to pace!

Also everyone has a GEESE !? Why!
What will make Ledouchio special now?

Edit: Additionally, Kallen will accept Zero, but NOT Ledouche?

I'd say their even now [spoiler]Koga, used his light to weaken that martian which Souma knocked out. Souma took off some of that mountain and Koga got them both up there.[spoiler]

That's the face one makes with the realization that now everyone has Geass powers.

Just like the previous episode, this one felt like a rehash of stuff we had already seen before. It was exactly like one of Zero's confrontations against Cornelia... Except for the fact that she never ended up smashed to bits. The pacing wasn't overly ridiculous and there weren't any "You filthy lying adult!" moments, though. The cool new mech - powered by some overpowered Geass ability, no doubt - is, well, cool enough.

Kallen has the weakest will in anime history. Shirley continues to be clueless.

NINA, NO WAY. And she really is a teacher. They have some explaining to do. And Pizza Hut boxes to show.

Sailor Moon S 93:

Quote:

Being Usagi's hasubando is suffering.
So, so good, absolutely the best episode in a long time. It was a perfect storm of great comedy, hilarious faces, and the most bizarre MotW ever.

Quote:
You see this? This is Usagi's "snapped and one second from murdering someone" face, no kidding. We finally learned this episode what has the power to push Usagi over the edge into total madness: mocking her cooking. Hence Mamoru's pained expression above as he tries to choke down some burnt cookies.

Basically, the entire episode was a gold mine for great faces.

Quote:
Parfait-drunken Usagi isn't a pretty sight. She'd already had a bad enough day after being mocked by all of her friends, but she had to feel massively inadequate after witnessing Michiru's various talents. It was all a harsh reality check for our underachieving protagonist.

Octave was far and away the best MotW ever. You just have to hear her to understand. I don't think that I stopped laughing for the entire fight.

Sailor Moon S 94:

Quote:

hahah, this was the episode of Madoka where Sayaka loses her Soul Gem to a passing truck all over again.
http://i.imgur.com/IOrK2l.jpg

All you really need to know about this episode.

I wonder how many times Usagi is going to think she's getting NTRed because Mamoru is giving someone a ride on his bike through the course of the entire series. I'm pretty sure that this isn't the first time that it's happened.

Hooray for more bizarre Daimons. A vacuum with a tube leading to each breast? What? Precure should take note, this is how you create awesome enemies out of everyday objects. I wonder how many of these were edited for western television, not even considering that they all have their soul-sucking crests in various erogenous zones.

Kise couldnt sink the ship. Regardless, ending of the previous combined with Kise's moment at the start of this was pretty emotional. Even though it was a practice game losing to your friend has got to hurt. Enjoyable rest of the episode, kurokoicchi and kagamicchi will make a great team, and hope to see Kise in the future. Midorima, based on this episode, will probably be my least favorite of the Generation of miracles, what strategy could they even employ against one who misses no shots?

Ok. So the return to school is part of keikaku. I understand. But I don't approve.

Meanwhile: casual keikaku!

Quote:
Hey, watch out. If you poke my eye with that chin I don't know what could happen.

... But the casual keikaku didn't work out so well. I guess it's hard to make a concise, fail-proof plan when you have no idea what kind of outworldly super power your enemy has this time. One can alter the will, another can erase memories, and this kid can stop the freaking time.

Shirley, I'll tell you now: no one gives a crap about your relationship issues. You shouldn't even like that guy. He's crazy. And his harem includes a mech pilot and an "immortal witch". You just stand no chance.

Edit: Did I just type "proof-fail"?

To talk about last stuff first, Rolo stops time? Oooh dear! Oooh my. Ooooh dear! Too bad it doesn't come with a Rolex product placement.

Ledouche puts his identity in the balance, not unlike the last series while military forces are still surprised that Zero has returned after a rather brief hiatus. He uses keikaku to keep them on their toes about the matter, as usual.

The Black Knights are in danger though, so what shall the keikaku consist of this time? Shall Ledouche still be a douche? (Of course he will!)

Overall, pacing reminded me more of R1. I could've used some more mecha action though. So I can rest easy, right guys?
