The arrows are always on the side even when not logged in... The box says gaming discussion or whatever and there's an arrow to the right of it to click, just like every thread. It's always been there.

I'm using Opera Mini version 4.2.

The only thing I can think it might be offhand is that it's JavaScript related?

The quick nav/options also aren't showing up (the upper right part of the blue header). I've had to tweak web pages for the 0.01% before so no worries if it's not a quick fix. Just thought I'd post in case anyone else had the issue from their cell phone.

Argh, dunno if anyone else brought this up yet, but one of the ads is being really annoying to me.
I think the the Roofing Doctor one from AdChoices, but could be other ones too.
It keeps popping in and out and even sometimes pops right in the middle of a thread over posts every few seconds. I am pretty sure it's not supposed to be doing that. I am using my Blackberry 9900 btw.

Otherwise, this mobile version's great. I actually thought I wold miss the secondapps version, but after using this one right now and finding out this one is by the same guy, I'm really happy. :)

Huh. I just discovered a bizarre bug that you guys might want to know about.

I have the user Mr. B Natural on my ignore list. Whenever I encounter one of his posts in this new mobile site, it says:

This message is hidden because Mr. View Post

Then the entire rest of the page is bold. It's bizarre. I assume it has something to do with the B in his name being somehow interpreted as a Bold markup.

So after more use it looks like ads actually load up in windows phone, but get stuck behind the grey linen background. They are visible for a quick second and aren't clickable. Its the same for all 2 or 3 ads that should show on each thread.

Yup, that was the best part of all this; knowing that the outcome was made through constant user feedback and suggestion. Everyone who took part in the old thread deserves a little applaud for the (sometimes nitpicking) ideas/grievances that were thrown around. The final result wouldn't be as great if it weren't for all those people participating, & with committed people like ckohler actually listening and incorporating it all.

I made a change to the css, to force the ads to always be on top. Try refreshing the page a couple of times. It may or may not help.

I encountered two bugs so far:

1) Several times, the site was graphically torn apart - on some occasions it actually looked like tearing in video games. Unfortunately I forgot about making screenshots. I can't imagine this to be a coding error of ckohler/EviLore, it seemed more like a WebKit problem. But I never ever encountered something like this on any site while using it.

2) On the iPad, occasionally I can't view any thread - every link leads to the start page again (the URL in the address bar does change though). Gotta have to refresh or reopen the page then.

One last revision before lunch... I brightened the green highlight in the Dark theme to make your posts/quotes stand out better.

The new colour looks really good. One small thing you missed is the link colour on the page http://m.neogaf.com/active.php. It hasn't been adjusted for the dark theme so it doesn't read too clearly against the black background.

Ever since the mobile site launched, I reset my password (I didn't remember it) and now I'm always logged out after some time of inactivity. :/

It's like I'll browse some other sites for a pretty short time (5-10 minutes), come back to NeoGAF, refresh the topics and notice I've been logged out by the system. I've got "Remember me" checked when I login, so I'm not sure what's causing this.

This is all on the main site btw, didn't notice it on the mobile version.

I just checked my settings on neogaf.com instead of m.neogaf.com and I had avatars disabled there. It seems the settings from neogaf.com are overriding my settings from m.neogaf.com? After changing that I can see avatars now.

On iOS if you use the 'add to homsescreen' function the icon is awesome. It's brilliant on the new iPad.
