hey, now that most people are wrapping up their semester, I would imagine everyone has seen the majority of their courses' materials. If you have access to online readings/lessons, regardless of subject, please send them my way! I would really appreciate it.
I'm seeking free study materials, online readings, etc, from any subject. Thanks. |

3 finals.
Calc 2 -Been super easy, just have to show up to class and then a final E/M Physics - gonna have to retake, for some reason the class co-reqs calc 2 but involves differential equations and calc 3 materials, really throws me off along with some of the material not being very intuitive(compared to kinematics) >_> One more test and then a final test less than a week apart Technical Writing - Just got assigned the final which is a 15 page proposal. Roughly a week to finish it(next thursday). Currently just throwing stuff around in work to get some idea of what to specifically write about(improving the campus with alternative energies). Been really rough so far). EDIT:Should also ask, is it just my school or do physics tutors in general suck? I swear, last week I had a homework problem that I had no idea on how to go about it and the physics tutor had no idea as well and spent nearly an hour getting as far as I did. : /

Yep. And every class I've taken in 2 years of being an engineering major have used MC exams with the exceptions of thermo and aeromechanics. It's fucking eviscerated my GPA.

Also, best of luck to everyone! Should have said that initially. As much as I miss college, I do not envy the cramming you guys will have to endure.

I think I have only two finals that are during structured times, most of my stuff is due during the last class period.
Business Policy and Strategy: 20 page paper with my group and a business simulation final Capital Markets: Just submitted a 12 page paper, and have a problem set due before the final next Tuesday Business Writing: I have like a 4 page report due, and that's the last assignment, heh. Social Class and Inequality: 4-6 pages of writing and a multiple choice final. I got a 96 on the midterm without studying too hard, so I feel pretty good about my chances here. Advanced Corporate Finance: We've done case studies all semester and I literally have no idea what the final is going to be on, or even if we have a final, it might be another case...I've learned so little in this class and it scares the shit out of me International Monetary Theory: Final on Monday, but we'll have a review which will help. |

You have no idea. I'm changing majors and colleges after this semester because I'm tired of this school's bullshit. It's kind of a relief actually, because most of my grades this semester won't really matter when I switch majors.
I'm still going to study my ass off and try to get the best grades I can, but it's nice not having that extra stress of trying to keep a high enough GPA to qualify for internships and shit. |

My Stats exam was just made take-home which is such an awesome reprieve, because the teacher is fucking TERRIBLE and taught us the last 3 chapters in 3 classes.
My IT security class is now online all week and open book, so no worries. I smashed my Sociology last week, and have 100% in the class after extra credit.. My only worry is IT databases which is my hardest class and I need a 90% for an A-, which aint happening. It will suck to get my 2nd B of USA Uni, but life is a bitch sometimes. |

Ethical Philosophy exam is Thursday, so I'm cramming for that. Then I have to turn in an 800 word opinion piece for another class and that's that. After that I have a take-home final where we email the professor our answers in a .doc format. And lastly I have my Japanese 2 final.
Looking like a 4.0 for the semester. |

I have a research paper due in a few days. I'm doing a study on how different ethnic groups perceive the fairness of education of African Americans. Since I commute quite a way from school and procrastinate, i figured i would send a message to my fb friends to complete a survey needed for data. I still dont have enough participants though. Im looking to get more responses from Asian and African American demographics but anyone who is interested in taking the survey is more than welcome. Its only 8 questions and I can post the link or just PM me if your interested in helping me out, it would be much appreciated

There are still another 2 weeks in classes here. But all my finals are kinda easy and also I don't give a fuck because I'm graduating. I would literally have to get 0s for something bad to happen. Feels good man.
What class in particular?(CS major here) |

It's on how old policies and ideas coming from the Cold War lead how Carter dealt with the Iran crisis, and how the homefront caused complications while dealing with the terrorists.
It also asks for long term impacts, but I feel I can get a decent amount of content from that. I'm about to start the paper now, but the book we had to read was called Taken Hostage, and was fairly interesting. |

Well GAF, sitting in the lecture hall for my exam and mentally preparing. About to take this Cultural Anthropology final, and I have reviewed approximately 0% of the material that will be tested.
Wish me luck? |
