Yes indeed.
In my experience if a woman is into you she will prefer this, as long as you're not you know... rank. I caught my ex sniffing my shirts more than once. |

I don't do very much, to be honest. If I need to work hard to get a girl, that sets the pace for the rest of the relationship.
The less thought and work I have to put into it, the happier I am. |

Yeah, I stopped using Axe when I was 14. The only thing I use any more that's even slightly fragrant is some after shave gel with a mild mint scent.
To be fair, I don't think I've ever heard him explicitly make that claim. :P |

Despite what people here may say, a lot of people act differently in real life. I don't think she cares. She even used that to get us in somewhere for free. There are more variables in this situation than I initially considered. |

You rang? You're in college, just fresh out of high school right? You're in doucheland central where the girls and guys play by stupid ass rules.

Honestly, I just don't have the energy to try. It sounds like a lot of work, and it sounds very unfun. That's really what keeps me away from doing things just to get a chick.
Though, I guess, I've never really TRIED for anything in my life, so maybe I just don't know how to. |

I imagine most of what you guys are saying is about adult relationships.

at least it's honest. what a world we'd live in if this was an appropriate course of action to gaining a sexual partner.
![]() the funniness would be gut busting. Excellent ad. That's one thing that eventually broke me out of my shell of approaching women was knowing they are (for the most part) as nervous or anxious as I was a few years ago. after that it's been a lot easier and a lot more fun. |

It's true that you don't wanna be that dude who comes in and rescues her from the big, bad guy. Because she's not a delicate, frail princess. But I don't see anything wrong with gently broaching the subject with this dude and say "hey, it's really scummy of you to be using PUA tactics like that." It isn't that they don't know the secret. It's that there is no secret. Girls are human beings, not space aliens. They don't have their own hidden language. There's no strategy guide or cheat code to human interaction. |

No person with even a spark of critical thought could accept that stupid tripe like that actually works. |

The people using it/affected by it generally don't have that spark.

This usually works with girls who have self esteem issues. Like this girl I was fooling around with, I ignored her one time and she just kept trying to get my time.

It would be socially detrimental, basically. |

I've told this friend he's crossed the line, anyways. Sure, girls like a certain level of being an ass, but I feel like he's jumped over the line to the other side. I'm comfortable with smartassery. |

when i first moved to san francisco, there was this chick I was seeing for a short bit and the first thing she made sure I knew was that she had a bad habit of letting em rip in public just so she could put the blame on other people (her thinking was, who's going to blame the cute chick for farting in public?). She was pretty awesome.

Its an interesting subject. When i broke up with the GF for a while i went out with this chick who didnt drink alcohol, wasnt expecting it, i was drinking, was weird but interesting. It made me think about this kind of thing, how you expect to loosen up the situation a bit.
