The long-awaited PSP title Grand Knights History has sort of disappeared lately. XSEED announced they were publishing it and then no info was given after that, until now. If a listing on VideoGamesPlus.ca is to be believed, the PSP RPG will launch on Tuesday, May 29th for $29.99, just a little over a month away.We checked around and they are the only retailer listing the game coming out on that day, so this one should be taken as a rumor, no matter how much we want it to be true.

Wonder if there was downtime from the Dragon's Crown change of hands that allowed them to deal with their end of localizing this? At any rate may grab on PSN, this seems like a game that'd work well that way whether or not I'll get it on Vita ASAP.

Assuming GKH came out in the west, it'd have to have the online functionality.

That's 75% of the game and what makes it awesome. The single player stuff pretty much exists as a place to train your characters, get loot etc.

If they're getting Gungnir and Growlanser out on UMD I find it hard to imagine Eternal Punishment won't be. Not unless SCEA or GameStop has a hard cutoff date on all physical PSP games, and even then I imagine that'd be the end of 2012, not just before the holiday quarter.

Given that Dragon's Crown was handed off to Atlus I could easily see that causing downtime allowing them to deal with the localization for this. Of course, it's also possible that the change of publishers is EXACTLY why they were too busy.

the translation is probably long finished. the rest is up to vanillaware.
