There is no "Chinese" cuisine because the regional differences are as extreme as the differences between individual countries. Same for Indian cuisine.

Anyway, I pretty much love anything and everything but I hate the type of Indian food you get outside India. I am not familiar at all with their cuisine so I am sure there's many awesome things but I hate all the slimy curry shit, the tasteless meat they serve in it, and all that related stuff.

Italian, no doubt about it. Pizza, bruschetta, spaghetti, ravioli, all of it so damn good. I also like sushi but I haven't tried that much japanese food, so I still have to experiment since I'm kind of a picky asshole about food.

I've had them cold before. Is that what you mean? I definitely prefer them served hot, though.

Of course. We're not talking about 100 percent authenticity.

All of the barbecue episodes are amazing. Especially that place in Raleigh called "The Pit".

Thai. I recently tried a Burmese restaurant near my house and it was incredible. Apparently it's a heavy mixture of Thai and Vietnamese. I had pork belly with pickled mango. Truly incredible flavor.

Singaporean.

The beauty of it is that it encompasses so much.

no it's not about authenticity, it's just it's a useless label. It's kinda like saying "European food" although not as extreme.

Thai, Greek, and Indian.

Of the three, I'd probably give a slight edge to Thai, but I appreciate Greek because it's pretty easy to eat healthy at a Greek restaurant.

Oh, and I'm rediscovering my love for Vietnamese. I love me some banh mi and pho.

It's hard for me to choose a favorite. I love all kinds of (real) Asian food and seafood regardless of origin.

My friend has recently started introducing my girlfriend and me to Argentinian cuisine; he made us this awesome Argentinian style chorizo that was out of this world.

Edit: Here it is: Choripán. Good stuff. He's made other things for us, too, but I've since started making it myself, at least as closely as possible with what I can find at the grocery.

I've recently been into everything. I think im past caring about what type of cuisine im eating and looking more at how its prepared.

I have an affinity for: Indian, Chinese, Korean, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean.

Hehe. Went to a random chinese restaurant once and the the only asian person was in the register. The cooks in the back were all mexican. The rice they served me was something else (you could tell they boiled it in a different way from chinese because the grains were all seperate and plump like mexican rice, it was also yellow). I wanted to go back but forgot where it was.

Whether a Chinese dish comes from one region of China or the other, it's still Chinese is it not?
