Has anyone here gotten the Lost Planet 2 Platinum or 1000/1000? If so, how long did it take? Haha, I probably won't even attempt it. The game is fun, but I don't know about playing the campaign 3 more times... and then you've got to get thousands of GJs. Sheesh.

Gonna grab the DLC for it when it releases during the summer to support it, more I'll laugh my ass off if the trophies go 10 bronze and ask you to get the 1050 XP + Beat it on Hardest Difficulty, just to troll people LOL Playing Awesomenauts right now, got 7/12 trophies, @level 25, I think 50 levels Total The Co-Op one confuses me and the Invite one only pops for the person inviting...

Looking to finish off Demon's Souls but I need your guys help. If someone has all the tradeable stuff for the trophies let me know! The collection lists online are pretty confusing, especially with the world tendencies. If someone can help me with those trophies in return I'll help you boost in any game that you need it.

Hit level 40 in Awesomenauts. I initially thought the most time consuming trophy would be to hit max level but now I'm thinking it's the "destroy 25 turrets" one. I think it only counts if you're the actual one that gets the killing blow on it. I think I've smashed about 8 or so turrets up till now and that's in 35 games played.

Hey Stevepharma, looks like I wont be able to share the Unit 13 Targets any more. Lost all of my vita game saves helping someone on my friends list get the plat in Motorstorm Vita since he got the plat on the PS3 version but didn't have a vita. After I did that for him I was prompted with a screen telling me that my card was now linked to his psn name and in order to use it I had to format the card so now I've lost the game save for Unit 13. Sorry about that, wish I really could have helped out when the time came.

As for ORC, the achievements are pretty easy, minus the MP achievements. I admit I had to boost all of them with a few people. All of the SP achievements I did on my own with no real troubles at all.

Goals for the month: Hopefully 1k The Witcher 2 this week. Finishing up chapter 2 of my Dark run at the moment. I've had a itch to play through Skyrim again for some reason. Might give it a go and see how the 360 version performs. I was lucky and plat'd it without any issues when it came out. Max Payne 3 and Dragon's Dogma will be taking up most of the rest of the month. Haven't looked at the chievos for those yet. Assuming MP3 will have a bunch of MP ones though :(. |

DMC2 is the easiest to get all the achievements in easily. DMC3 is pretty time consuming but generlly speaking I would also say it's easy. For example to complete the 9999 level Bloody Palace mode you can play it normally and get really good (like I did) or you can finish the game on the hardest difficulty to unlock a supercharged character and then use them to finish it. Generally speaking - there are a lot of shortcuts if you are only interested in the cheevs. DMC1 is really fucking hard - especially the final ones with the highest difficulty. Incredibly rewarding though. I will be honest, I think it took me at least 30 hours. but then again it is THREE games and using the shortcuts I mentioned earlier I'm sure it'll take less |

Battlefield 3 finally Platinum'd.
Three days later; Arkham City Platinum'd aswell. Working on Shadows of the Damned now. Just need the Normal and Hard trophies, then done. Might finish up the Uncharted 3 Platinum after that too. And looking at Yourgamercards.net; I do like that the Resistance 2 Platinum is classed as "Near Impossible". Yet it took me just slightly over a month to get it. I feel awesome. |

Awesomenauts Done 100%
Thanks Steve!, the 3 player split-screen trophy is a bitch, need 3 controllers Luckily, I have 2 PS3's so got 1 controller each with them, and then bought a third (just in case shit), also have a Move+Nav combo You can do a Private Match, power on your 3 controller combo, Move/Switching Controller Port # doesn't work, maybe Rockband/Guitar Hero might work (try) Invite a friend hopefully he has 3 controllers, Steve had 2 (so he couldn't get trophy) He got the invite trophy though, even though I invited him, so just have to get to the XP fill bar screen, and trophies pop I just used the monkey + laser, got it easily Doing it legit will be a bitch, I mean unless you got good gaming buddies that understand this game and want to help you get trophies lol |

Took me 5 hours to get my final 3, 1 was in the water/pier area, 1 at the building plaza area, 1 underneath a balcony of a building |

By the time you get the proper hang of it, you will be crushing people. I usually got around 50-70 kills per game, and played 10 matches per day. Though, this was back when it had been released. This made it go much faster. |

May Progress:
Just finished up The Witcher 2 last night. Dark mode wasn't as tough as I thought it was going to be. I was hoarding ability points because I was expecting to hit a difficulty wall towards the end (really dreaded the Dragon fight but it wasn't bad at all) and it ended up going smoother than my prior run on normal. Can't recommend this game enough. Potentially my GotY so far. Now, I have an itch to replay Skyrim now for some reason. I'll probably replay with the same build as my plat playthrough: Stealth, Summon Bow in left hand, Dagger in right hand. Curious to see how the 360 version runs too. Regarding D3, hopefully they do something similar to FFXI so you don't have to re-earn those on the console version.

Platinum #84 - Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
Much easier platinum than the first game, though a worse game overall (albeit not as much as I remembered). I only really had trouble with the no deaths trophy, which forced me to quit out and load an old save from USB a few times (only one of which lost me any real progress). Otherwise, the two playthroughs were fine and the little grind needed to clean up the rest was incredibly easy. Mission 2 is pretty great for that, as it has everything required for a number of trophies (lots of medkits, cameras, light switches and guards to whistle/takedown) and is fairly short. Now I'm finally up to Chaos Theory, the only game in the series that I actually rated against Metal Gear. |

Yeah, it hadn't been when i posted that though ;)
Getting there on Shadows of The Damned. Just a couple of "kill X enemies with Y" trophies, and finish it on hard and then easy. Then platinum! Woo Still no closer to Plants VS Zombies >______________>

I'm probably not the best person to ask about that because i am absolutely awful at spotting framerate drops. I can't tell the difference between 60FPS and 30FPS and i certainly can't see when it drops. But i've never noticed any problems with it when it gets busy on screen :)

You should definitely buy it. Great value for money. Still chipping away at the second story playthrough and collecting all the plants for the Garden. |

Man this "The Puppeteer" trophy on Shadows of The Damned is giving me a bit of trouble. One more playthrough (easy) so i shall have to keep trying on that one.
E: Heh, 10 mins later i got it by complete accident. Fine by me, thank you :D

I also haven't noticed any frame rate problems with the Vita version, seems to be pretty stable all the way through so far. |

Just finished SoTD on hard mode. Just easy mode trophy to go. Off to a good start this month - this will be my second platinum, and only one week into the month :) |

Never seen a GS end in 1 before. What game gave you that? That would drive my gamerscore OCD crazy, I hate having it end in 5 let alone 1. :)

Only time framerate get murdered like a fucking SlideShow in PvsZ is Survival Endless mode
Once you surpass Level 30+, godspeed, the screen goes ape shit So many Gargantuans + Zombionis I got to level 41, and just let them kill me, it was getting very slow PS3 for some reason held up very well till level 45+, but right near 50, DEAD |

Weekend is usually trophy time but not today (my bday is today). Did manage to finish Prototype 2 yesterday. Easy game but incredibly satisfying, like a apocalyptic god-game should feel. No 1-hit immersion breaking bullshit enemies. Collectible location hints show up on the map, which is a great improvement over P1 and something every open world game should implement.
Only speed through the game on Hard again for another plat. |
