ME3 wound up having one of the best mp modes this gen, and I actually liked NG3's mp, so I will give this a chance. I am just worried how they will balance it, so many of Kratos' attack launch enemies into juggle combos. I dont see how that would work for competitive mp.

They say it around the same time but some people beat games faster than others once SP around 6 to 7 hours and they add more replay this time i not worry .

I think the game looks good though, but they can't tell me with a straight face that it's going to be some worthwhile single player experience. |

GAF before reveal
"Ugh, a new God of War! It's probably just gonna be the old Kratos raging and destroying stuff, I'm tired of that. Let's hope they can do something new. No buy." GAF after reveal "Ugh, nobody asked for something new! They should've gone the familiar route with Kratos raging and smashing stuff. Why the hell are they doing something new? No buy." |

If it takes you about 5 hours to blink then you better go to your ophthalmologist. |

Looks like being an ancient Greek hero means torturing and mutilating a cyclops whose already chained up, kind of like shooting box pheasants.
That jaw destruction and eye pulling is murder porn, basically. I might be okay with murder porn actually.

Multiplayer isn't the "new" people wanted from the next game. The "new" is a completely new direction AFTER God of War 3. Not God of War 0.5, retreading the whole "ARES YOU PRICK" story, with a shorter single player mode and some fancy new multiplayer modes. Shaking up the gameplay here and there might be all well and good but I think you misunderstood the complaints. |

basically this multiplayer cost $20 and just for $40 you'll get an awesome single player GoW4 (that is a little bit short than previous GoW, but you get it for cheaper so it all work out hehe..)

I addressed this above. Like I said, I think the game looks good. I think the visuals are great and multiplayer could be some fun. I'm just talking about the single-player as a singular component. The guy said that neither mode is being compromised for one another, but if that were the case, wouldn't the single player have a lot more meat to it? Anyway, pointless concern I suppose as it doesn't sound like the game will be a lot shorter than the others.

Some people are just constantly miserable bastards who like to complain, if it wasn't this it would be something else. |

Hehe, well, i've been satisfied with the length of all of the 5 God of War games, so i'm sure that i will have no problem with this new game :) I'm just glad that there is a new God of War game, dont really care much if it is 4 hours or 6 hours to be honest (although more is better of course, but it is not a deal breaker for me).

even on console the length varies, I think GoW2 is the longest. GoW3 is kinda similar to GoW1 lengthwise. |

I personally don't subscribe to the quantity argument. I can't stand games that are too long. My favourite games tend to be a bit shorter, but they are always the games that are expertly paced and leave me satisfied upon conclusion |
