Thought the trailer was brilliant, its cheesy bud it made me laugh. i was a fan of the adverts and channels you could watch in MGS4 as well. To many people take games to seriously MGS games have always been a bit mental clearly this is no different.

I'm not so sure. The MGS4 intro stuff was clearly supposed to be cheesy and I liked that. They may have been going for something similar while being less over the top about it, but I find it hard to give Konami that much credit. My gut feeling is that this is supposed to be "serious".

http://waronourshores.com/ <-- A new Rising teaser site, has some "leaked" audio from a Senator Armstrong.
Also, the decrypting on the main teaser site has stopped. "Acceleration overload, system cooldown initiated" it says. |

Not what I would expect from an MGS game, but I don't really mind. |

It's like borderline on the level of self-awareness that would have made Duke Nukem Forever not only paletable, but enjoyable. That's how self aware it is. Really really really self-aware. Not joking. Extremely self-aware. |

It's not his Vamp voice I'd like Vamp to come back to spit in the face of his nanomachines explanation and just be magic again |

I heard that from someone a while ago, but I forgot who they claimed he was voicing. Was it the guy at the beginning talking about training his new army well, or the CNT muscle fiber guy?

Sorry the double post, but I had to bump this. Ravi, admin of the great MGS fansite The Snake Soup, said he found this at his school:
![]() http://thesnakesoup.org/forums/viewt...=258156#258156 So the viral campaign is getting out into the real world, too. There was also another message to decode from the Facebook page, giving us another bit of concept art:
