Just got this last night. The characters feel a little more sluggish than I expected, though that could just be something to get used to. Th fact that the up key needs to be used for wall climbing means a pad is going to be needed, which I don't love.
The game's off to a great start otherwise though; it's very charming as originally thought. |

Having some problem with the replay system. Often I'll click on a replay to watch, but it will play a different replay entirely. For example, I can't watch the #1 replay on the stage "core temple," as when I click it, it plays the replay for the #7 run (even though it displays the correct screenname). I THINK the problem is caused by the fact that the two runs use the same character, and the screennames begin with the same 3 letters. Hope this gets fixed.

This game is awesome. It feels so good the way you just glide through the levels when you nail every jump/slide/wall run. I was a bit thrown that the hub world is completely different to how it was when I first loaded the game up yesterday, but in my brief experience with the old one I did feel a bit overwhelmed, whereas the new layout is very easy to navigate. That said, the original seemed like it might be interesting to explore so I was happy to find out it's still available by running the other .exe in the game's folder.
...and look at that, I stayed up past 2am. Edit: If anyone wants to friend me up, I could do with more people to compete with: PTizzle

...and you! If anyone out there wants to add me, feel free. I've been using a controller so far in the short time I've spent with the game, so my times are probably mince. |

I haven't been paying attention, but someone on the Steam forums has noticed something similar.

Just caved in and bought it with the soundtrack. I am guessing its not a game that requires high tech so look forward to compete for time like with super meat boy.
That is something to worry about. I was furious at the glitches with SMB not registering my times so I had to redo them.

I think the problem might have something to do with cloud saves? Now the game is consistently overwriting my SS scores with lower scores when I do a run. Then if I exit the game and boot it back up again, it will sometimes have my SS scores, and sometimes the lower more recent ones. It's like it's got two cloud saves, and it randomly picks one to load each time I start up the game.
EDIT: OK, what the hell is going on with this game. I just had -1 key. That was not the case when I ended my last play session. Then I got a key, and I now have 0 of that type of key. Is such a thing even possible? At least the math checks out... I really like this game, but all the weird glitches are really getting on my nerves. It's like the game was never bug tested. And if this key shenannigans makes it impossible for me to unlock all the levels, I'm out. Edit 2: And now, despite being perfectly well connected to the internet, the game will not display any leaderboards. If this weren't bad enough, when I finish a level, the game will sometimes stop recognizing my input at all, forcing me to watch the leaderboard fry to load until I Alt+f4 out. This is whack.
