First and foremost, it's not going to work like that. You'll be able to run around in the zones just like in the original P4.

Second, and this is opinion now, the lack of cutscenes did suck, but nothing was really lost from gameplay by having the "flash-style maps". I get it has less charm, but I don't get how that would break you wanting to play the game.

Yeah I know, in my case I didn't bought P3P because when it came out because I was already playing through P3FES while my psp was collecting dust. And now...I realize that I still need to finish it. D:

I still almost didn't play P4, I 'played' it like for 2-3 hours but that doesn't count for a game that long. I'm really waiting for the Vita version since its almost impossible for me to play this game on a TV in my present situation. Having it on the go will be awesome.

I'll finish my US save of Xenoblade and right after I think I'll jump back in P3!
