Don't think Wayne got much research done in a Bhutanese prison. By that time, Fox was already head of research at Wayne Enterprise. Hell the CEO of the company lost control in the most ridiculous way imagineable - clearly not a company that hires the brightest bulbs. If anything, Wayne should have fired Fox's ass for accumulating so much wasteful R&D with nothing to show for it but a bunker full of bat toys.

Hey does anyone think this movie will have an epilogue? Like a few years later type scene? I could see one if Bruce dies or if he lives.

If he dies we could see Gotham in a better state because of his sacrifice with a shot of some kind of memorial or monument dedicated to Bruce/Batman and if he lives we could see him living a normal life finally.

Or maybe the movie will end like the last Transformers immediately after the final battle iirc.

Also, I feel the same way about spoilers as a few others do. I have a vague sense of story, and have been following news/set pics pretty closely, but I'd prefer to see the film and see how everything fits together rather than straight up read "this happens, then this happens, then this happens."

For what it's worth, my assumption for the ending (and has been for a long while) is that Bruce fakes his death and lives out his life in anonymity.

Thing is, if somebody gave you a plot breakdown of BB and TDK, I imagine that they would sound like complete messes too. But, for the most part, they smooth over the rough patches because they're edited so frantically.

There's a couple of rumored plot points that could go either way, so I see where his concern may be, but things break Nolan's way more often than not, so I'm not really worried about it.

Though I do think this movie is going to be more divisive because it'll be a bit riskier than most sequels and because not everybody will like things being "concluded."
