The first time I saw the Beasties was when License to Ill had just come out and they played Fight For Your Right to Party on American Bandstand. Dick Clark did not know what the fuck was happening. I must have been around 10 or 11 years old. That was probably the first punk/metal I'd ever heard, it made one hell of an impression.
