I made it. I roasted the chicken, baked the bread and made both the mustard and the aioli.

Unfortunately I neither raised the chicken nor grew my own wheat :(

Well, it's originally a Middle-Eastern dish, with lamb meat. But here in Holland mostly pork meat is used for it. So it's basically meat with 'shoarma' spices and the obligatory garlic sauce!!!!! Yummy :D

Oh and many people think it is the same as 'Doner Kebab', but it is NOT!
