What I discovered is that I cannot fathom the thought why anyone would think Popeyes is better. KFC's original recipe is flawless and leaves that long lasting impression of satisfaction. They should rename KFC to FCB for fried chicken bliss. Popeyes chicken is dry and the skin tastes like bone. That's not how fried chicken suppose to work.

Popeyes has the superior chicken, superior heat levels, and don't even get me started on the sides (red beans and rice is so damn good). The ONLY thing that KFC does better are biscuits and how long it takes to get the food you ordered (but then again this might be because my local Popeyes is run by the worst fast food employees ever).

i find their mashed potatoes & baked beans absolutely delicious. maybe not the highest quality ingredients, but they certainly get the taste part down.

I wouldn't recommend KFC at any time. I worked there for 3 months and it was just nasty. I was one of the first people to have and serve a double down though.
