Also suits. My body doesn't work with suits, I have the worst posture and build, it drives me mad. Even a tailored suit would be terrible. My arched back is probably the cause but who knows. |

I've seen white guys pull off decent looking fades before, but yeah, if you got a weird shaped head it probably won't work.

Out of curiosity, what is there to pull off? The haircut is easy, and the only part of his outfit in drive that is odd to wear normally is the scorpion jacket....
Is there a certain aspect of Gosling people find to be "difficult" to pull off? |

Presumably his charm and confidence. Assuming that a person's body type is similar to his.

Sort of odd, considering his role. He does not seem to be the fashionable type. |

I wish I could do more stuff with my hair. It's extremely course and dry, and if it gets any longer than an inch I get gnarly cowlicks so I can't do much with it. I usually keep it around half an inch long with a slight fade.
Also I'm kind of skinny so I wear a lot of layers and stuff that makes me look filled out. Fortunately I live in western Washington so I can wear that sort of stuff 8 or 9 months out of the year no problem, but it looks like summer's here and I want to be able to fill a v-neck or tank without looking like a stick. |

Anything with thick facial hair, I sometimes grow it out for a few days but have to take it all off or it just starts looking weird. One of the drawbacks (or blessing) of Asian genes (though some Asians can still do it... too bad I'm not one of them). :p
Also, any wavy or curly hairstyle, my hair is too straight and strong for me to get a really shaggy look without using products. |

I wish I could pull off the clothing Joseph Gordon Levitt wears in 500 Days of Summer (I know, Hipster alert).
![]() And I really wish I could pull of Jude Law's hairstyle(s). I have the widow's peak, but I don't have the handsome face to go along with it. My hair is also too straight (no wave) and furthermore, on the sides it naturally jumps up rather than staying nicely across the side of my face. ![]() I also can't grow proper facial hair, but I really want to grow a nice stubble beard.

Well, my case is a bit different. I have to shave every morning because it's definitely noticeable facial hair. But it doesn't fill out properly so if I were to grow it out I would have a ton of oddly placed holes in my facial hair. Still crossing my fingers for it to fill out.

He can't keep it on is the problem. Common problem for a well-suited gent, he just looks
too good for the casual look I know because I'm a victim, but i acted like I didn't care

Guy Pearce's rugged badass look in Lockout. I actually dress like this (tight shirt, slim pants, stubble, and short messy but styled hair), but I just look geeky since I can't grow a full beard, have to wear glasses, and aren't as buff as he is.
