Just got Pixel Junk Shooter, it's really rad! Easily worth a $5-$10 tag IMO. Got Racers 2nd Lap as well ($1, kinda just have to out of principle) but haven't played that one yet.
Already had Eden and Monsters.

Datura was pretty damn cool in 3D and with the Move. Very good looking game, and while there isn't much to the gameplay, I found myself completely immersed in it. Unfortunately, the final shot of 'you' was ruined because I was playing in a pitch black room due to using both 3D and Move (better 3D picture and easier to track the Move) lol... so all I saw was dark static. Pretty funny.

I can play ad-hoc no problem and I did a network test somehow once too.(like using PSP emu) But it depends on servers if they are still alive. If you are a previous PSP owner, like me, I will play this co-op with my buddy. We have spent soooo many hours on the PS3 copy, its not funny. His gf prolly hate we used to game till 1-2am trying to beat a mission or getting the rainbows...I forget. Holy shit if this has the rainbow challenges....best $5 I have spent. I hope Q games ports all PJ games or new ones for Vita. They are perfect for it. I wish Dylan would make the "minigames" shown from the Dynamic theme into proper Vita games......a man can wish :( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgmihZ4Nvkw |

Keep reading my posts, there is no code. Just turn on the second move, hold A and it works. That said, I'm afraid to try it again. |

Controls feel a bit too loose, which is not something I like to see in a 2D shooter. Play Shooter 1. If you like that, consider looking at the sequel. So yeah I'm not much help. |

Since I play single player most of the time, is PJ Monsters still recommendable?

Truth. Huuuge difficulty discrepancy between SP and coop. That said, coop is just so goddamn enjoyable. And ladies just absolutely love this game.

I never really looked at PJ Sidescroller before. The retro vector-like glow aesthetic and curved tube screen style are really delicious. It plays pretty well too, although my first impression is kind of in line with PepsimanVsJoe on being a bit too loose.
Still, what style! |

Btw, I have no idea where to post this since it's really not thread worthy, but VUDU for PS3 has an update. The new features listed in the patch notes include Dolby Digital 7.1 support, downloading purchased movies, and it uses PS3 SDK 3.7. Hmmmm. |

Curious about this myself. I've been interested in replaying Rayman 2 for awhile, but I couldn't stand the awful 3DS port and the PC version has some technical issues and the pad support is rough, so I'm hoping to eventually find a decent port of the game. I've heard the Dreamcast version is the best, but I haven't owned a Dreamcast in like a decade.
According to this thread they made some questionable changes to the PS2 version, but I don't see any mention of how it looks or runs. |

There might be more on sale, the site doesn't always list all the games that are on sale.

Trusting in gaf (for all of $2), I picked up the bundle not knowing what to expect. I tried the car game first and ehh. Then I tried Eden and while I have no idea what the hell is going on, I'm loving it. Monsters is some sort of tower defense game, right? What about the non-bundled games?
I don't tend to follow the store threads, but are digital sales rare for non-plus members? There's a couple of older games i wouldn't mind grabbing at some point, but I'm not in any hurry. |
