I'm convinced Garnett will end up on the west coast, playing out his days for the Clippers or somebody.

You truly are a beautiful soul. When God made you he must've tried replicating the Sistine Chapel and not only did he succeed, he exceeded the original.

KG has played for two teams in his career and had probably the worst supporting cast of any top 20 player ever for his first team (and yet still played for 11 years there). Not really sure that qualifies for being a mercenary though he did push for as much money as possible.

I'm not sure what suitors you think KG will have on good teams. The Celtics can offer him a good 1 year contract. The FA class blows balls this summer anyway and it wouldn't affect them for the next FA class.

How does one team having 3 HOF players in an around their prime equal the same as one team having one HOF player, one all star, and a bunch of role players. Kobe doesn't lose to lower seeds unless, as Mamba and everyone else has noticed, it happens when he's trying to make the finals 4 times in a row and then he loses to the eventual champion. Kobe Lakers are 5-1 against the Spurs...how are you even debating this? Kobe, more than any other person in his generation, has gotten the job done when he was given the talent to do it. Lebron hasn't, Shaq missed tons of opportunities despite playing with HOF caliber players all his career, Timmy from 98-2008 either won the chip, or lost to LA essentially. (He also lost to Mavs once) Kobe is, by far, the best of his generation at getting the job done when his team is labeled a possible contender, no one even comes close. Basic stat, since you love FIFTY so much. Kobe has been the starter of a team that has won 50 games 9 times in his career He's made the finals 7 of those 9 times He's won 5 chips and lost to the eventual champion 4 times (twice in the finals, twice in a 4th consecutive finals attempt where he was the best player on his team in the series and everyone else disappeared) Edit: Pre 2009 you could argue for Timmy. But Since 2009...Timmy has only made it out of the first round once in the last 3 playoff attempts while Kobe's been winning rings. And if you talk about the talent level of the Spurs since 2009...you have to factor in the fact that Timmy won two chips in 05 and 07 when Kobe had MUCH worse talent than Timmy has EVER played with

Vahagn with that ether Hey Vahagn, how may 8th seeds have the Lakers lost to in the first round? Also, never forget that the Spurs have never succesfully defended a single one of their titles. As a matter of fact, they've never even been to back-to-back finals, much less three in a row (twice).

I like how Vag keeps editing in stuff to his post as if I'd ever respond to such a crusty, cum-glazed rant.
I recommend listing Kobe's all-defense accolades next. That'll really win me over. |

Whilst i think the Portland medical staff is atrocious, and their injury management is genuinely hampering the organisation, the article was incredibly poorly written. It was amatureish at best. I could go to any forum where oden was discussed and find an article of equal quality. I like that oden now, is doing it properly, taking the time off, and getting his shit in order and then making a come back. Not just a cash grab. Good for him. |

Poor Bulls
“I thought I played well, especially with the kind of season it was,” Boozer said, when asked to assess his second season in Chicago. “We had the best record again in basketball, won our division again, had the top seed again, that’s all that matters, yo.” |

Pacers have a bigger history of beating us than the Heat. I respect the franchise though, and it's all circumstancial. The whole organization is class. They're not a fucking joke, celebrating 8 titles before getting one, hanging Jordan's jersey next to Dan wtf Marino, flopping like crazy, crab dribbling, being so unclutch they drive automatic cars, etc.

Look brosef, I like you, but you're rooting for the equivalent of the Empire and Palpatine while the Pacers are the Rebel Alliance. I know where I stand. I refuse to support the dark side. My people have seen first hand what tyranny looks like and I want no part of it.
