Yeah Martin Galway was always pushing the SID envelope, that Parallax theme is simply amazing, gives me chills near the end. His stuff never ceases to astound me.

Journey to Silius is the only full soundtrack I remember as insanely awesome from back then so it has to win.

Came in here to post essentially this. Game was a bitch back then for me (as were pretty much most shooters) though, never managed to beat it until I got a Game Genie. :(
