I'm going Nintendo + PC next gen. You get Nintendo quality on Nintendo platforms plus the best of the rest on PC. (Note, Nintendo quality extends to third-party devs inspired to match the quality of Nintendo's output.)

I'm not a big MS fan, but they are doing well with their exclusives now. They focus on a few key franchises, and build those out and market them to hell and back. The result is much higher sales and public awareness per title than Sony gets with its tons of titles. Greg Miller lost that bet for a reason.

Nintendo is as strong as ever. The only first party exclusives that seem to do poorly are Sony's at this point, barring a couple standouts. Their titles either A. aren't marketed well or B. aren't marketable. I'm waiting to see what a new generation will bring, as they traditionally come out with a flurry of new IPs across the board.
