probably anything that has to due with athleticism, speed, strength, etc. it would make my every day life so much more fun. working out would be better, playing hockey in my beer league i would own, playing pickup basketball in the park and pwning. plus your metabolism would theoretically be much higher and all the activity so you would get to eat more and eat whatever you want without gaining weight. so pretty much like spider-man powers i guess. super strength, speed, agility, stamina, plus spidey sense, wall climbing, no web shooters as those probably wouldn't be practical anyways irl

There's an episode of the Twilight Zone called, "A Kind of a Stopwatch" (1963) that might interest you.
Edit: There also seems to be a similar episode from the Twilight Zone reboot series, "A Little Peace and Quiet" (1985).

There's a reason I draw a distinction between super-speed and the speed force. Superman has super speed. The Flash can (and has) outrun instant teleportation. |

Mind control. Can get anything you want with it and it'd just be fun as hell. You could do some good with it as well.

I'm believe you, but that's just dumb. If teleportation is instant, then how can someone possibly outrun it?

Good point, you've convinced me. It seems like there are no real flaws or weaknesses with teleportation. Kind of overpowered now that I think about it.

If it's in a world where you all have superpowers as well, I want the ability to negate powers. I know someone would go crazy or evil, I'd just strip their powers away and take them down with a baseball bat.
If not... probably teleportation, assuming there isn't the potential for getting your bits scrambled up. Invulnerability + flight would be cool. |

My pick is speedforce. You can think, read, and learn at high speed as well. |

I like it, though. Being able to heal your wounds at will is in many ways cooler than being outright invulnerable, since invulnerability takes some of the excitement and adventure out of life (plus there's the chance your invulnerable ass falls into a crevasse...). And being able to heal people I care about, that kind of sounds a lot better than any mainly self-centered superpower, TBH. Fuck off, cancer! |

mind control is the best, cause you can get away with anything. all the money you want, free to do anything, explore, have rampant sex, go see the world.
teleportation - sure i can teleport to a desert island, but i can just charter a plane and bang models on the way there. why would you be in a rush to do anything or get anywhere? telekinesis - moving shit with your mind? to what purpose? rob banks? lift up skirts? running really fast - i'm not that much of a hurry immortality/self regeneration - someone's gonna catch on that you're not aging and you're gonna get in trouble. probably end up getting dissected by some government superpower - see immortality. invisibility - you're gonna get run over by a bus. x-ray vision - really? you want to see through walls or through women's dresses? The only other thing better is superintelligence, like Forge. You can just invent shit to help the world, feed the poor, clean up the environment, make you rich AND get you laid.

I recently went to my friends house to check out his wii. I was generally impressed. It was larger than I expected though.

I would love the power of a holodeck in my mind. I can escape totally into my mind and have a perfect accurate simulation of any reality. Fake, but absolutely accurate. I somehow wind up in jail? No worries, I'm good. Bad day at work? No worries, I'm good. Being tortured? No worries I'm good. Sexual fantasies will be amazing.
Anyway, If that's too odd, I've always thought Colossus has cool powers. I can be my normal human self, but when I need to, welp, I'm pretty much a god. Or how about Thor, does he count? Be normal until I need to become godly and I whip out my hammer and get all them cool weather powers and space flight. |

Flight. Sure, it's slower than teleportation, but I would miss seeing the sights as I travel.
Either that or Intuitive Aptitude, so I could show up at SuperGAF Meetups and get some knowledge. |
