Both are bad, but at least with Versus we have reasons for the long delay and something to show. |

Look, this doesn't mean anything for E3. Just that they don't have news for now.
This doesn't prevent any unveiling at E3. Are you guys now too used of announcements or announcements? There was a time when stuff was unveiled when it was time and it wasn't talked of before it was time. |

I think it's still just some ideas and they are unable to make a game of them (like what happened to kjpro's Rising) |

I feel the opposite way. Nomura at least update us on the progress, gameplay trailer already been shown and we got info about the game. TLG only gave a trailer with no gameplay and that's it.

Just pull a Lost in La Mancha already. Same thing with Versus. I'd be fine with a documentary about development hell, throw in some alpha or beta gameplay sections, hire Johnny Dep to narrate and “boom” there's your 2013 art game Sony. Do it. Let us experience development hell.

It's been three years since we've seen any footage of the game at all. You could release a game and its sequel in that period of time. |

Well my logic is that Sony can pour more money into this game, but will Square do the same for Versus? I know we have more info for Versus than TLG at this point, but that has also pretty much dried up now. Both games will be out eventually, though.

"We have no news to share at this time regarding the franchise." I think that's a pretty good indicator that they're not going to show it at E3.

Oh, I know, but Valve did speak of the game rather freely in the two years after the informal announcement, so there's very little difference. Half-Life 3, on the other hand, they've been perpetually coy about.
