![]() Arkham City. I got this for christmas and reluctantly finished it. Wasn't feeling it anywhere near as much as I did the first game. The pacing is so awful and the game is a mess in terms of storytelling. Characters popping up and disappearing. Really felt off in that regard. But I've returned to it on hard and I'm stopping to smell the roses and do many more Riddler/other challenges and the game has grown on me a lot. It's a beautiful game with so much detail put into it - it's a tad unfortunate you spend the time racing around the place instead of going a bit slower. But it is a great game with great mechanics. The story/pacing is just really clunky. ![]() Tribes: Ascend. Been having a lot of difficulty now that I'm on higher difficulties and tackling harder opponents but I think I've finally got into mah zone and pulling off those blue plate specials. Great fun. ![]() Skyrim. Still returning just for the beautiful immersion. I love strolling around Skyrim. |

![]() Binary Domain: I have been jumping on every other night WISHING there are going to be people (Japanese) playing the multiplayer, but who am I kidding, it's always near-dead. I really wanted to get the Challenge Master trophy, but I am still a ways off from obtaining it. There are only ever TDM going on and when you can get a few games going it's still somewhat fun. I even contacted a few boosting people (against my will) and they haven't been very organized/faithful to the grind. I don't think I'll ever get my Plat in this game. God, I fucking HATE online gaming. I don't think devs are EVER going to get the idea that games other than CoD, BF, Halo, etc. will have shit communities within WEEKS. But who cares, right? Just keep making trophies that require nearly 100 hours of multiplayer...O_O Now, to get that shitty, profile-driven, trophy whoring filth out of my mind, I am still enjoying/playing some GC games I've never completed. ![]() Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door: As of a few days ago, I have finally beaten the game! I have also 100%'ed the game (sorta to my standards). I've seen, done, and collected everything there was to see/do in this game. The Pit of 100 Trials was fairly challenging too. In fact, the last 10 floors were seemingly more frightening than the secret boss at the bottom, go figure. Some of my OCD-like tendencies have taken over and I find it difficult to shelf the game for good. I want to AT LEAST get Mario to LV50 so I'll have max badge points (99). I'd like to have a "cool" Mario build (with my preferred badges) before I put the game away so I need to do a little bit more grinding/house cleaning. Overall, I loved the game. I'm not sure if I like it more than the original Paper Mario, but I definitely liked it more than Super Paper Mario. I am EAGERLY waiting Paper Mario 3DS now. =) Pikmin 2: Playing this still for my first time and loving it. The new Pikmin types are really cool and I love the bosses in this game. Holy shit, do some of the bosses have some sick animations too. It's that Nintendo magic, I'm telling ya! I think I've cleared about 50% of the Debt and I have all Pikmin types available to me now so I can backtrack, collect treasures, and take on new underground caves at my leisure. I WISH this game had a quick reset though. I'm trying to do a perfect, no death run of the game (like I've done with the original Pikmin) and I have to get up and reset my system manually every time a Pikmin dies. I know I don't HAVE to do this, but it's a personal challenge of mine and I can't STAND seeing anything other than a big fat ZERO on my results/death screen, lol! Will probably be getting back to these games up over the weekend... ![]() Lost Kindoms: Beat this multiple times back in the day, but I don't have a perfect save file for it. Thinking about starting it up again so I can transfer my save to LK2 (which is the sequel that I've never beaten). Metroid Prime 2: Never got 100% Hard mode done before so looking forward to properly mastering this game. Will probably load it up again this weekend. Baten Kaitos: Origins: Thinking about replaying this too because I don't have a good save file. In the mood again for a good feel RPG too. |

![]() Final Fantasy XIII-2 - About 5 hours in so far, quite enjoying the game, and I'll probably plat it since I looked up the trophies and they seem quite easy, compared to vanilla 13. ![]() Assassin's Creed: Revelations - Just started this a day or two ago. |

Persona 3 Finally beaten The Journey on Persona 3. Took me almost 80 hours, and I loved every second of it. The ending was pretty fulfilling and I loved it too, except for the actual end boss, that took me like half an hour to beat. I really liked how long the ending was, it lasted about 2 hours (gameplay parts included), and it left me a very satisfying feeling that I usually don't get with other incredibly long games (Fallout: New Vegas comes to mind), or even shorter games in general. Persona 3 included a short epilogue and conclusions to many side stories and characters and I really appreciated it. No doubt one of my favorite games of all times, japanese or otherwise. Gonna fire up The Answer and finally consider myself done with the game. CS:GO CS:GO officially replaced Tribes as my go-to for 15 minutes FPS, though it's mostly the novelty combined with nostalgia, and I'll probably drop it soon enough as well. I'm liking the changes that were made, and I'm finding myself not to suck as much as I remember, so that's a plus too. League of Legends A lot of my friends are hooked on LoL, so I can't escape playing a bunch of hours of this almost every day. I'm getting better and saving up to buy me a Varus. If a guy looks like David Bowie in a game, I'm playing with him. |

![]() Ao no Kiseki. I'd been waiting until I got vacation time to play it, and it's sooo goood. I started Diablo 3 on launch day, but the servers were crapping out, so I decided I'm just gonna devote my gaming time to Ao until I finish it, and then I'll jump back onto D3. |

I've got Saints Row 3 and DMC HD Collection sitting on my shelf, but I can't do anything about it.
![]() This game. This fuckin' game. It demands that I keep playing it. It doesn't care about your other games, or hobbies, or social life, or responsibilities to the real world. It just wants more. And I am powerless against it's charms. |

I finished The Witcher: Enhanced Edition this week. That's a good damn game, even if it is like 90 percent swamp. Geralt gets so much action he makes James Bond look like Steve Urkel. Also, GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE. BOTH SIDES ARE ASSHOLES, WHICH ONE DO YOU HATE THE LEAST? There is no path you can pick in this game that doesn't end with somebody hating your guts.
Been playing Star Trek Online as usual. My main guy is pretty much all geared up (ship is pretty much full of Mk XII gear, captain is on Mk XI MACO stuff), so I might play with my Orion in her carrier some, or maybe try to figure out a decent build for my fuckin sweet-looking D'Kyr, which is so far the only ship I've actually worked to earn C-Points for. There's a sweet little support craft sitting in the middle of the ring which you can launch, and the warp ring goes horizontal when it's undocking. Sweet. I downloaded and installed Tribes: Ascend last night. It's a pretty good game, you guys. |

Oh I agree. The soundtrack is terrible. I turned it off, but I still have to mute my tv every time I boot it up because of that song.

![]() Pandora's Tower - I'm still really enjoying this one. I've done the first 5 towers so I still have quite a ways to go. It just may squeak into my top 10 Wii games. ![]() Tenchu: Shadow Assassins - Don't have my old data so I'll be starting from scratch. I'm saving it for last so I can take my time with it. I also picked up this today: ![]() I got it on a whim since I'm pumped about the new shadowrun and this should scratch the itch a bit. |

Red Steel 2. MotionPlus controls in this are excellent, better than Skyward Sword's, although reverting pointer aiming rather than SS's motion aiming took some getting used to. Seems solid enough so far, it's fun, although backtracking is a bit of a pain when it makes you walk back to the dojo after every mission. Still, they're using that as an opportunity to offer more dudes to slice, so it's mostly cool. The combat is enjoyable and it's, well, pretty much all you do so far, so yeah. Looks great, too- you easily forget it's a Wii game when the comic-shading is so strong.
Xenoblade Chronicles is still chugging along, taking my sweet time with it. Just unlocked Speed: man, this game is some exciting stuff when it wants to be. Colony 6, prepare yourself. Hey guys, the Wii is pretty fucking cool. |

I bought a Vita and am really enjoying it. Rayman Origins is SO good! It's a perfect game to pick up for 15-30 mins and then put it down. I'm also playing Super Stardust Delta and am having a blast with it.
On the PC, I just finished The Walking Dead, Episode One. The best Tell Tale game I've ever played. I really think they've re-invented themselves. I just started Botanicula and it couldn't be more adorable. |

![]() Nier - Just started this weekend after grabbing it for 2 dollars on 360. Fantastic soundtrack, with some fun boss fights. Dialogue is meh, but this truly is a gamer's game. Loving it so far. ![]() Toy Story 3 - Playing this with my little sis back in the family home on ps3 every week, she doesn't game much but enjoys this a lot. I even enjoy it a lot. Toy box mode is amazing. ![]() Halo: Reach - Getting some multiplayer in with the free gold weekend. Forgot how much I loved this game. Still won't pay for gold after the weekend though :). |

Xbox 360:
![]() Torchlight: At the final boss, but I guess I'm too weak at Level 26 since I can barely do any damage. ![]() Alan Wake's American Nightmare: So far, so great. Looks better than the original and so far feels more crazy too. ![]() Warhammer Kill Team: Just starting, really cool so far. ![]() Mortal Kombat: Starting the Challenge Tower...again. :p ![]() Halo Reach: Anniversary maps! ![]() Call of Duty Black Ops: Finally got the Rezurrection Map-pack; was the only one I missed. The moon is quite great and difficult. Was lost at first not knowing about the costume/oxygen mask. :p ![]() Going to try Crimson Alliance, depending on if I like it or not might get class or all of them...when I get some points.

I have been playing the Tales of series almost exclusively since early April. I started with Vesperia and finished that early May. I also finished Abyss last week. Now I'm playing Tales of Graces f.
I'm actually surprised at how short Graces f is for a Tales game, I believe I am getting near the end. (I remember a skit called the "point of no return" so I decided I'm going to do sidequests right now) |

I at long last beat Super Mario RPG: Seven of the Legend Stars today. I got to the Axem Rangers on the SNES in the late 90s but my save got corrupted. Downloaded the game on VC on release day but lost interest for a few years since it kinda felt boring in the way that I felt like I was replaying a game I jst played. (Yes, I played Mario RPG alit back in the day.) But restarted my playthrough over the past few months and slowly beat it. Love this game. I 100%'d Super Mario 3D Land for the second time and got all of the shiny stars. Really awesome game but beating levels then rebeating them with another character really took the fun out've the last few hours since I literally replayed levels a few days after I beat them...total playtime is now over twenty nine hours! I started up Super Princess Peach a few days ago since I wanna beat some of the games I bought and hardly played. Its actually a really fun game. Feels like a slower paced Yoshi's Island. Just got to the Snow Mansion in my fifth playthrough The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Almost at 190 hours played. Crazy. Love this game so much. Been playing The Final Fantasy Legend on my Game Boy Pocket while I walk. Thought I was at the ending but turns out I was only a fourth or so of the way through. Like it alot after I restarted with a all human(mutant? Whatever team where you buy HP and stuff.) team. I got back into creating levels in LittleBigPlanet 2 breifly then fell out of the mood to create levels. (lol) Games I plan on playing next: Mario Tennis Open Pikmin 2

Primarily I have been playing Saints Row (Xbox 360) the last 2 weeks. I had hoped to finish it last weekend, before Diablo released, but doing what I wanted to do took much longer than expected. A few aspects of the game bugged me, but overall it was a great game.
I've played some Diablo 3 on and off since release, but with Saints Row out of the way I can truly dig into it. |

Nier: Finally finished this. Still don't think it's much good. Only Ending D left. I'll see that and be done with it.
God Hand: On Easy. /shame I just want to see everything. I'm sure I'll be spending more time with this game. Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor: Overclocked: After a long time playing DS games on my 3DS, the high resolution art in this is gorgeous. Hope they overclock DS2. |

On a Remedy kick.
![]() Just finished my replay of Alan Wake over the last week, now I'm playing through Max Payne and the Alan Wake DLC episodes. If I'm not totally burnt out on bullet time, I'll move on to Max Payne 2 afterwards and American Nightmare unlocks this Tuesday. I love these games.

![]() DayZ - Such a refreshing change on a multiplayer game. The stories you hear are amzing, the atmosphere and immersion are unreal for such an early Alpha. Was going to pick up Max Payne 3 today for PS3 but I only had 1.8gb left on the HDD and apparently need 5gb for MP3s compulsory install so bought a 500gb external and a 500gb internal HDD to back up all my shit.

Devil Survivor (DS): I'm on the final day of my first playthrough. I've reached an annoying boss fight and haven't felt like retrying after the two losses.
Devil Survivor 2: I ordered it on Sunday and got here yesterday. Since I'm a bit annoyed with the fight I'm on from the first one, I decided to pop this in for a change of scenery. Digging it so far. I ordered because I thought I'd be done with the original before it arrived... nope. Digital Devil Saga: Resuming my playthrough from almost 3-4 years ago, haha. I caught up story-wise by watching the cutscenes/boss fights on prior to events from where I left off. Diablo III guest pass: I really liked it and want the full game now. It won't happen for a few months, though. |
