A simple dude with a penchant for dancing and not much else, resident homeless-guy Dancing Earl rewards any generous contributions by pulling off some brain-meltingly awesome dance moves. The best part is, you never know where he's gonna be next. KFC? Wendy's? Old Mexico? Just when you think you have the pattern down, he shatters it by appearing in AN ENTIRELY NEW LOCATION. It's like the prize in the cereal box. <3
