The link is in french, but long story short, the UK Magasine PSM3 claims that Sony still has one big surprise for their conference and no, it's not the PlayStation 4.

I doubt it's related to the Geoff twitter tease, as it will most likely be revealed on stage and not at the pre-show.

Vita Phone feels like an obvious step now Sony has control of its phones. I expect it'd be an expensive bugger though and it is probably too soon as well.

They just need to figure out what game shows the feature off best. Maybe linked to the new God Of War? Vita showing inventory etc?
