It means absolutely NOTHING. Not sure why it keeps popping up here. There's supposedly reviews for the next G.I. Joe (35/100), which isn't even finished and hasn't screened for anyone. I think it gauges anticipation amongst the BFCA critics.

It is the type of film that kind of makes you feel bad about the characters you used to like. It's like Terminator 3 or Spider-Man 3. Everything just feels off and lacks respect/intelligence for the series it is trying to continue.
