Now I've seen both available episodes of the show, and I've listened to a few podcasts (ones featuring Andy Richter, Paul F. Tompkins, Jon Hamm, Andy Daly, and others). I take walks around my neighborhood almost every day and when I'm not listening to music, the podcast is an enjoyable companion.
I'm totally on board with Comedy Bang! Bang! It's comfort programming for me. |

I didn't watch the second ep on Friday since I'd already seen it, but I decided to rewatch it off my DVR just now. Awesome sketch that wasn't online about Scott looking for a contact.
And my absolute favorite part of the episode is Reggie's reaction when Mr. Doublebutt says "I'm watching you." That entire bit is spectacular, but Reggie's small head shake there is concentrated gold. Podcast today was also pretty nice. I'd suggest people check out that Burning Love series. 8 minute episodes, Ken Marino being freaking hilarious with a bunch of funny women. And a Comedy Bang Bang live tour! awesome. Will be going to that. |

Another great episode. Eddie Pepitone, Jon Hamm, Nick Kroll, Andy Richter, Brett Gelman (+ponytail), Leo Allen. Insane lineup.
Chupacabra was amazing here. Dog Lawyer sequence, holy shit. "It's the latest in a series of well-pushings that you've committed across the country?!" And that final twist, jesus. That's a sketch. Cake Boss next week! |

That Anaglyph plaid shirt that Reggie was wearing was bloody creepy.
Decent episode. Hamm translating was the highlight. I enjoy Pepitone's schtick on the live WTF's and he mostly nails it when he pops up on Conan but the skit on last nights episode was a extremely overplayed. A tsk tsk to the continuity bod. Hamm was riding the bike that was supposed to be Reggie's. |

Not a continuity mistake actually, you see Comedy Bang Bang takes place in an universe in which all of space and time overlaps. In layman's terms, everything is happening at once all the time, and we're just looking at one moment from different vantage points.
this is not canon |

I enjoyed last night's episode when I watched it live, but I enjoyed it more when I watched it this morning, and actually laughed out loud at some parts.
It was hard not to crack up at the bits about Craig's List and The View. Though I could take or leave the bike-eating humor. |

Hah I know I should be more excited about Tony Clifton having been on the podcast (I actually had to Bing (on Google) who he was, sue me I'm young), but it wasn't close to my favorite part. No, that would be Scott and Ben's bit about calling Wyclef Jean's voicemail, eventually reaching Pharrell and then time traveling and then, of course, "ten more minutes." Those kind of improvised genius skits are why I love the show.

Which Chupa episodes did you listen to? I loved him on the more recent 3rd anniversary show. Also thought he was pretty funny in his segments throughout Kroll's most recent special Thank You Very Cool. On netflix IW, and well worth watching anyway.

My favorite episodes of the podcast so far are ones that feature Andy Richter, Paul F. Tompkins, and Jon Hamm.
"It's a Fucking Podcast (Parts 1 and 2) were okay, but the Cake Boss's "cake trance and becoming a cake wolf were dumb. Have not listened to anything with Ben Schwartz or Jason Mantzoukas. My favorite game is definitely "What Am I Thinking." I kind of want to try that with my own friends. |

Jukebox Jury is my favorite game(?). Getting two seconds into a horrible song and having Scott stop it immediately is always funny. |

Huell is probably my favorite character. I really hope they push him over the edge on the tv show. Nothing makes me laugh harder than Huell Howser freaking out and killing everyone.

I was wondering if the Stephanie in the episode was the old Engineer Stephanie but it wasn't... but you can't blame Pardo for bringing out his perv shtick on her.
Decent episode again. When they announced the IFC show I expected it to be terrible but it been a very nice surprise with how they've turned out. |
