When I right click my avatar image I get a silverlight popup. It's cute, my guy is dancing around, but I don't get a flat image.

When you updated your avatar on the Xbox site, it chooses a pose from about 10 different ones. When you edit it on your Xbox, it chooses the default one that every other avatar in this topic has.
