The only thing that could possibly hold this movie back from being great is Marvel Studios.

Oh god it looks like I would be against GAf on this.
I thought he was annoying as fuck in Iron Man 2. His scenes were very cheesy and cringe worthy. |

Thank god, not because I hate him directing Ironman (on the contrary) but because I want him to continue making Magic Kingdom.
No, I didnt hate Ironman 2 (yes, I think the first was better). I liked a lot the father of Tony Stark being essentially Walt Disney and using epcot and New York Fair 64 references, as using Richard Sherman to make the main theme. So, seeing what he did with that aspect of Ironman 2 (he is like the biggest fan of Walt Disney that Hollywood has) I cant wait how he does Magic Kingdom.

I agree there's not a huge gap between it and IM1, but there is a gap no doubt. |

I'm just referring to my personal opinion. IM1 isn't a perfect movie either.

1st IM movie was excellent. 2nd was a letdown. All other stuff mentioned in here was kinda blah (I didn't even bother with Thor)
If they can (somehow) make the 3rd movie more personal and not "hey it's another commercial to get you psyched for more of the Avengers" then I will raise an eyebrow, but I am skeptical. Maybe I am just superhero movie'd out? |
