Really Big Sky sequel announced for PS3 and Vita [Twin Stick Shooter] #1

Quote:
Big Sky Infinity will launch on PlayStation 3 and PS Vita this year, publisher Ripstone has announced.

It has joined forces with UK-based indie developers Boss Baddie and VooFoo Studios (Hustle Kings, Pure Chess) to bring the twin-stick shooter to PlayStation platforms.

Big Sky Infinity is an iteration on Boss Baddie's shooter Really Big Sky, released earlier this year on PC, and marks the series' debut on console. Big Sky Infinity includes the previous game's procedurally generated scenarios and introduces new modes, enemies and touch controls.

With so many small scale games, Vita is looking mighty good when it comes to the Indie/small games scene. And that's prior to PS Suite launching.

Really Big Sky looks stupidly amazing from that trailer on Eurogamer (original game, the announced sequel has no media for it). It even seems to have the tunnel sequence reminiscent of Amiga's Superstardust. This is the first time I heard of it though. Was the game not really good?

Yeah the video is at the Eurogamer link. Tunnel part is in top left corner, starting at 1:44. Here's a direct link.

The game is just $2.5 on Steam right now, I'm thinking of getting it for graphics alone.
