Im not sure what the hate for season 4 is about. I quite liked the witches.
My biggest problem with the show is that 99% of the vamps are unlikable. The only vamp I really liked was Godric. In season 5 Im hoping to see more funny stuff from Andy and Jason as well as a nice Jessica-related nude scene. TBH, I knew Jessica was too "pretty" to get her tits out when I first saw her >:( |

I'm well aware of the cheese but it takes some getting used to for me, everytime. Hell I would probably have given up on this show after the first episode if it wasn't for Alan Ball being involved.
I've tried to get several friends to watch the show but noone ever got into it, and honestly I can't blame them. |

4 Dayss! OMG.
Also, this raises an interesting question that I hadn't really thought of: Who dug up Russel? As far as we know, only Bill and Eric knew his location and Alexander Skarsgård said that it wasn't Eric, sooo who else could it have been? I don't think Bill would have done it. Maybe it was a new character? |

I forgot a good 60% of what happened. I had to read a big summary of all that went down. I totally forgot how they botched Tommy's arc. It made no sense. He goes to the werewolf dudes pretending to be Sam, and...? Then he's beaten to death. I don't think he ever had any sort of motivation for shifting into Sam and going to Marcus's place. It seemed so random.

I found a recap of the last season. Looking forward to more Eric-Bill and Sam-Alcide badassery. |

lol!
I dunno. I really hated her all through seasons 2 - 4, and then after she got uninvolved with the witches she went back to being cool again. For like one episode -_-'' I'd like to at least see how she deals with vampirism, if that is the path they take her down. She just sucks when she is A. Screaming or B. Hating on vamps. Turning her into one would remove both those issues, I hope. |

Her entire arc in season 4 was just a long sex scene with Eric. I hope she's given something else to do. |

All I really want out of this show is to keep the camp levels so high I continue to laugh hysterically at the absurdity. |

Looking forward to a complete season without Tommy. What an awful character, but watching Sam's actor limp and talk like him was hilarious to me.

Only 3 days left!
HuffPost has an interview with Carrie Preston (Arlene), which I thought was fairly interesting. You can read it here. I'm talking about the time when Tommy shifts into Sam and visits Marcus's garage. They beat him within an inch of his life but he's rescued by Alcide. Alcide takes him to Merlotte's and he dies in Sam's arms. This is the last time he shifts into Sam, but not the first. (He does once by accident, once to fire Sookie, and once to have sex with Luna.) |

I figured you just chose not to include new cast members because of spoilers. You know, same reason we don't talk openly about the previews.

Well certain members have been shown in the trailers which I really wouldn't call spoilers. Episode descriptions I would call spoilers because they reveal what is going to happen in perhaps greater detail than scenes pieced together (which are often nothing like the actual episode).
