I live in Jersey, and I go to the city which houses (I believe) the second biggest port in the city. (ie: BALLS DEEP IN THE GHETTO)

Those numbers probably come from Cocaine Paste, wich is a drug from the slums that is basically crack. Its a pretty big issue regarding certain areas (as big as that drug is anywhere really), but I was mostly refering to proper coke use.

I dont doubt we arent as low even on that as some other countries around SA might be, but when you compare us to the other big players here, we're not even close.
