We'll probably have two for a while, until (as with Reach) discussion blends together and the Halo 4 OT's are phased out.

Probably not. When Halo 4 releases it will be Halo 4 OTs until the next game.

The general Halo |OT| was just because of the Anniversary/Reach overlap.
