Nah - I think they're the same. (Both of the Promethean Knights there are the ones we faced in the Spartan Ops mission they've been showing - I played it twice, watched it a couple more times, every time they had the same guns.) Must just be the angle.

Actually, I think he is right. look: New Gun 1 New Gun 2 Definitely different guns than the lightrifle or scattershot While that level may have been shown at e3, it doesn't mean those enemies with the different guns made an appearance. If I had to guess the first one is wither a heavy gun or an automatic weapon while the second one likely is a sniper.

Bear in mind that the weapons change slightly to fit those carrying it (dat Forerunner tech). I suspect they look a little differen when Knights carry them than when a Spartan does - that's why the weapons reconfigure themselves when you pick them up. The detailing lines up closely but with some small differences.

here you go. it doesn't look any different than the human held one, just attached to its arm with the glowing triangle. (which isn't surprising since 343 wouldn't make two models of the same weapon.)

It does look kind of beamrifle-ish. Complete with the small scope at the top rear.

Speaking of beer, I did some more practice driving on the highway yesterday. The engineers must have been drunk when they planned it, as I discovered that there's a spot where I had to merge almost all the way to the left of the 4-lane highway to go right.. if I had stayed in the rightmost lane, I would have continued going forward. Whoever made these things made sure they were unintuitive as possible.
