Wow at Tokyo Jungle! I thought this game would do like 20k - 30k the first week.

DQM got a resupply, or MC overtracked it the first week. If it had a 93% sellthrough the first week and didnt get a resupply, then it could have sold max ~36k this week.

I am guessing there was a special edition Vita for the Gundam release? Or just some bundles?

Great sales for Tokyo Jungle.

As predicted, effect of Gundam on hardware sales has not been significant, while the game itself sold pretty bad.

Very positive sign for Vita's hw, especially considering that the opening of Gundam is not so high. Great result also for Tokyo Jungle, nice surprise!

Also, Tokyo Jungle got a simultaneous digital release cheaper than the retail one, so probably real sales are even bigger.

Should be a good few weeks for Vita. Persona 4 will give it a much bigger hardware boost next week...and then the white Vita a couple weeks later.

Gundabump 2: Gundam SeedBump.
Next week Vita will probably be over 20k, it could be even at 25k.

DQM probably is suffering shortages, while 3DS does still great, with 65k sold without any notable new release. However, seeing the 20th position sold just over 2k is not that good :( Probably, as long as 3DS continues to dominate in this way ( so, more and more games will be released each week - DS had even 20 releases in some weeks ) we'll see an improvement. And I'm not even counting Wii U.

Hugely surprised at Tokyo Jungle given it came out of Playstation Camp. I expected it to bomb badly. Still can't muster much enthusiasm for the game though.

That's actually higher than I expected for Guild01. I wouldn't call them *legs*, really, but I wasn't expecting it in the top 20 at all after the start it had. Prices cut?

Delighted to see Fire Emblem still keeping pace with the Trinity - I'm always worried when Famitsu's numbers mean it's not visible in the top ten, thinking that perhaps this is the week where it falls away.

It probably got a resupply but not a big enough shipment. Don't think MC overtracked the first week since it was fairly inline with Famitsu and Dengeki numbers.

Decent bump for Vita, ~4800 units! Let's see if it holds over 10k for the foreseeable future. I thought for sure Gundam would debut over 50k...apparently not.

Gundam: The 3D Battle - 23,500/62,390
That Gundam was a flop as well.
But we know how Gundam tipically sells on Nintendo platforms, and how on Sony platforms. Furthermore, Vita owners should be really hungry of games, and 3DS sold way more than Vita back when 3D Battle was released. Etc. etc.

Some great sales for Tokyo Jungle. Big drop off for DQM because of stock problems, will be interesting to see how it does over the long term.
