Now that HBO says they are removing the so-called "offending" commentary from future DVD and Blu-ray releases, that makes all the current inventory in stores now a "collector's" item. (Hey, it works--I would be going out and getting an "uncensored" version for my collection before they are all gone if I didn't have one already.) This is the same thing as Madonna flashing her tit to make a stir. Controversy sells, even if it's much ado about nothing.

Making a custom head of a principal that needs to be shown in close-up is a worthwhile use of the FX budget. Making a custom head of some random head in the background is not.

Don't you think if they did it on purpose they would have done a better job of making it obvious to viewers? No one would have even noticed if the producers hadn't jokingly pointed it out on the DVD commentary (that apparently almost no one listened to since the DVDs have been out for 3 months and this is just now becoming an issue).

If they were trying to make a political statement, they failed miserably.
